X:IN(엑신)이 첫 번째 정규앨범 [Chain Reaction]을 통해 음악적 확장의 새로운 장을 연다. 지금까지 쌓아온 팀의 개성을 바탕으로 데뷔 이후 시도하지 않았던 다양한 장르와 사운드에 도전했으며, 멤버 전원이 작사에 참여하는 등 X:IN(엑신)의 또 다른 가능성을 담아냈다.
이번 앨범에는 Luísa Sonza(루이자 손자), tiLLie(틸리) 등 각기 다른 음악적 색채를 지닌 외부 아티스트들이 참여해 서로 다른 언어와 문화가 X:IN(엑신)의 에너지와 만나 새로운 반응을 만들어냈다.
이러한 방향성은 트랙명을 통해서도 확인할 수 있다. ‘Chemical Moment’, ‘Octane’, ‘Brain Chemistry’, ‘H₂O’, ‘pH7’ 등 화학적 개념과 물질을 연상시키는 이름들은 ‘연쇄 반응’이라는 주제를 연결한다. 서로 다른 성질의 물질이 만나 변화를 일으키듯, 각기 다른 장르와 감정, 아티스트의 개성이 만나 새로운 음악으로 탄생하는 과정을 표현한 앨범이다. 각각의 트랙은 고유한 색을 지니면서도, 음악 안에서 다음 반응으로 이어지는 하나의 요소가 된다.
[Chain Reaction]은 첫 정규 앨범이라는 이정표이자, X:IN(엑신)이 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 제시하는 작품이다. 새로운 만남이 실험으로, 실험이 변화로 이어지는 연쇄 속에서 X:IN은 자신들의 음악 세계를 더욱 넓혀간다.

Shipping / Exchange / Return Notice
1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email.
- When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.
- If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.
2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
- If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.

4. Delivery Information
