"오늘도 어딘가에서 주인을 기다릴 유기견들이 너무 많다. 아이들은 사랑받던 시간이 무색하게 도무지 이해할 수 없는 이유로 버려졌을 것이다. 그리고 하염없이 기다릴 것이다. 아이를 버렸거나, 단 한 순간이라도 그런 마음을 먹었던 사람들이 이 노래를 듣는다면, 후회했으면 한다. 본인들의 잘못에 아파하고 다시는 그런 일이 없도록. 더이상 아이들이 버려지지 않았으면 좋겠다.."
