삶의 마지막을 앞두고 인생의 사랑을 찾아가는 현주(한혜진), 다양한 감정의 파도 앞에 선 도영(윤상현), 현주를 통해 지난 아픔을 극복하고 새로운 사랑을 만나게 된 석준(김태훈), 그리고 복수와 사랑 사이에서 갈등하는 다혜(유인영). 네 남녀의 복잡미묘한 감정의 변화를 그려낸 OST의 전체 트랙이 공개됐다.
사랑의 판타지가 아닌, 현실적인 갈등에서 비롯된 복잡한 감정선을 어렵지 않게 풀어내는 데 노형우 음악감독은 주력했다. 때로는 서정적이고 아름다운 선율로, 때로는 모던한 리프 스타일의 피아노, 스트링의 터치로 표현했다. 노형우 음악감독은 드라마의 제목처럼 손 꼭 잡고 지는 석양을 바라보는 부부의 모습을 상상하며 ‘Hold Me Tight’(이 드라마의 영어제목이기도 하다)라는 테마를 작곡했으며, 다양한 베리에이션을 통해 통일감을 주었다. 드라마를 감상한 모든 이가 사랑의 아픔을 이겨내고 행복하기만을 바라는 마음이 아름답고 감동적인 선율에 담겨 있다.
이번 OST는 청초하면서도 애절한 디에이드의 음색이 돋보이는 서정적인 메인 테마곡 ‘If You’를 시작으로, 가슴 아픈 사랑을 몸살에 비유한 노랫말이 인상적인 박시환의 ‘몸살’, 사랑했던 사람의 행복을 빌어주는 따뜻한 마음이 고스란히 담긴 천단비의 ‘처음 그때처럼’ 등 다채롭게 구성됐다. 서로 다른 개성으로, 조용하지만 단단하게 위로의 말을 전하는 하비누아주와 주윤하의 ‘아침이 밝아오면 Part 1•2’와 따뜻한 피아노와 웅장한 앙상블이 듣는 이의 가슴을 파고드는 이시은의 ‘Here I am’까지, 드라마의 여운을 오래 간직하도록 만들어준다.
죽음을 앞두고야 진심을 나누게 된, 핑크빛 하늘 아래 두 손을 꼭 맞잡은 현주와 도영의 마지막 장면을 오래도록 기억하게 할 음반이다.

1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email.
- When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.
- If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.
2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
