For bank transfers/virtual account deposits: Cancellations are possible at any time before the deposit is made. For credit card payments: Cancellations are possible before the shipping preparation stage. If the item has been shipped, cancellations are possible after the item has been returned and inspected. In this case, return shipping costs will inevitably be borne by the customer.
