Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

If the seller is at fault for defects, damage, or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.

However, if the customer changes their mind and returns the product, they are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns will be handled based on the Q&A section above.
