Please check first before returning the product you received due to defects! 1) If the CD doesn't play from the moment you first purchase it: First, clean your player with an audio lens cleaner and try playing it again. If it still doesn't play, try playing it on another audio player. If it plays on another player, the lens of your original audio player isn't recognizing the CD. This can occasionally happen even with new audio players. However, this is not a defect in the CD itself, but rather a characteristic of the audio system. Therefore, returns are not possible. 2) If the CD starts playing fine but then stops: First, check the back of the CD for any foreign substances, fingerprints, or deep scratches. If so, wipe it with a soft cloth (such as an eyeglass cleaning cloth) from the inside outward before playing. If the CD still plays, we recommend cleaning the lens with an audio lens cleaner as mentioned above before playing. In principle, returns are not accepted after 7 days of delivery, so please always store the CD in its case and enjoy it. 3) All audio devices generate significant heat during playback due to the nature of their signal acquisition by reflecting laser light onto the CD. Playing blank CDs, rather than genuine CDs, can generate even more heat due to the irregularities on the CD surface, putting significant strain on the audio system. Customers with expensive audio devices are strongly encouraged to use genuine CDs whenever possible. |
