How much is the shipping cost?
OffiK offers shipping for orders under 50,000 won at 3,000 won and free shipping for orders over 50,000 won. However, shipping fees may apply for some promotional items. For some events, shipping fees are waived regardless of the order amount. |

Is it possible to cancel my order?
For bank transfers/virtual account deposits: Cancellations are possible at any time before the deposit is made. For credit card payments: Cancellations are possible before the shipping preparation stage. If the item has been shipped, cancellations are possible after the item has been returned and inspected. In this case, return shipping costs will inevitably be borne by the customer. |

Is it possible to issue cash receipts and tax invoices?
If you require a cash receipt for your order, you can request one when filling out the order form.
